Policies

Reserve your spot on a tour: Whether you are a resident or a visitor, make your reservations early. Individuals or groups are welcome. Groups are limited to 8 drivers.

Payment: All tours are 3 hours minimum. Travel is at an average of 12 miles per hour. A flat rate of $22.00 per hour per person is charged. Senior discounts and group discounts are available. A $25.00 deposit reserves your spot on a tour.

Responsibilities as a rider: Riders/drivers with their own equipment are asked to have the vehicle in top operating condition. Please bring a spare tube. Drivers needing bicycles must call at least two weeks prior to the tour to arrange for a rental bicycle. Cost will vary.

Kids: Children are welcome on special family tours or special event tours (birthdays, etc.) only. Please call for details!

About Group Tours : Due to the nature of group tours and the diverse abilities and personalities of all group members, Cotuit Cycling will do it's best to satisfy the desires of the group using discretion and improvising based upon group consensus. In the spirit of cooperation, we will focus on pleasing the group rather than the individual.

Service Responsibility: Cotuit Cycling Tours strives to provide quality travel adventures for each group. In the rare instance that a route or tour must be altered (road construction etc…) we will provide an alternative route equal to or better than the original. In unforeseen circumstances, Cotuit Cycling Tours reserves the rights to cancel or postpone scheduled tours

Insurance: Cotuit Cycling Tours does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the tour. Cotuit Cycling highly recommends obtaining health and/or accident insurance. A “Release of Liability, Assumption of all Risks and Arbitration Agreement” along with a personal information form must be completed and signed prior to each tour.

Cancellations/Refunds: If extenuating circumstances result in the need to cancel your tour, Cotuit Cycling Tours asks that requests for refunds be submitted in writing as soon as possible. You may also choose to transfer your tour deposit to another tour during the same season.
